| Fine pending | Outstanding amount due | Pay immediately online or at service centre |
| Fine under processing | Recently issued, not yet finalised | Wait 48 hours then check again |

When you apply for a UAE visa through evisa-uae.org, our team checks your application documents before submitting to UAE Immigration. What we cannot override is an outstanding fine or ban already recorded on your UID. If UAE Immigration flags your record, the application will be rejected regardless of how clean your documents are. Check your fine status at ICP first. Pay anything outstanding. Then apply. That sequence gives your application the best chance of approval.
Before you submit an application
Once you understand the route discussed above, verify the current rule with the relevant official authority and use the checker to confirm your document readiness.
